We have been working on our own AI solution for several years.
The background to this is our assumption that the Customer Retail Experience, as we know it, is "outdated".
Products on the shelves our dealers are passive, one could also say "dead" :-).
They cannot communicate with us, cannot interact with us. They cannot answer any questions or anything like that.
We rely on the information they "only" communicate to us on the label. We at IvyBears believe that products should be interactive and conversational. They should be in Business They can answer questions about the product and actually do much more.
To this end, we created ADA: our own AI solution paired with augmented retail reality. ADA is powered by our own databases, combined with insights from over 60 retail markets and interfaces to the world's leading AI platforms.
ADA is not a chatbot.
Ada learns, Ada thinks along, and she answers questions in multiple languages. Ada is not a doctor and therefore does not make any final, binding statements. She evaluates the questions and, within the context of the wealth of databases, Ada provides an AI-based recommendation.
