Shipping costs (incl. VAT)

Germany: €2.90/Free shipping on orders over €39

Austria: €5.90/Free shipping on orders over €39

Shipping provider: We ship our packages in Germany in a climate-neutral manner with DHL GoGreen.

Please note: Shipping costs are calculated based on the value of your shopping cart.


Shipping areas & Shipping time 

Germany: 2-4 working days

Austria: 2-4 working days

Delivery times begin from the moment your order leaves our warehouse or you receive your shipping confirmation. This may take 1-2 business days in addition to the actual delivery time.

We are of course working hard and with great care to ensure that your Fenominal Products will reach you as quickly as possible. Together with our partners, we ensure that the production and shipping of your orders is risk-free in every respect – all processes are regularly monitored and adjusted as needed.

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
